THE BASICS
At Desert Muse Freshies, all of our products are made to order and often include customized scents and designs selected by each customer. Because of the personal and handcrafted nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or returns.
All sales are final.
We are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the craftsmanship, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the situation and offer an appropriate resolution such as a replacement or store credit.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at info@desertmusefreshies.com if your items are defective, damaged, missing or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
All exchanges must be accepted and will not be processed until the original item is returned to us. To initiate an exchange please contact us at info@desertmusefreshies.com.
SHIPPING & LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for stolen or misdelievered packages. If your package has not arrived 14 days after the shipping date, it may be lost in the mail. Please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) and file a claim for the lost package. We cannot replace items unless a lost package claim has been filed with USPS and receive a copy of said claim.
