At Desert Muse Freshies, all of our products are made to order and often include customized scents and designs selected by each customer. Because of the personal and handcrafted nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or returns.
All sales are final.
We are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the craftsmanship, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the situation and offer an appropriate resolution such as a replacement or store credit.

All products are made in small or individual batches in our family owned, home-based shop located in New Mexico . There is only one maker at our shop, Miss Tiffaneese and sometimes her helpful and creative assistant Eliya. As a very small business, we have no employees for processing orders. Sometimes all items are created and made by one individual. This ensures optimal quality control, great attention to detail and tons of love that is poured into every product .This also means that sometimes it takes a little longer for order processing, production and shipping of these amazing handmade products. Some products need to "cure" or "soak up the fragrance" for a few days to ensure you get the highest quality and longest lasting fragrances. If you are purchasing for a gift or need a product quickly, please send us a message, an email or place the desired date you would like to receive your order in the Notes section in the Add To Cart page and we will do all we can to ensure prompt delivery or to communicate delays.
